About Our Stations
WTWO NewsChannel signed on as an NBC affiliate on September 1, 1965. The WTWO NewsChannel studio and transmitter are located on US 41 South in Farmersburg, Indiana, approximately 11 miles south of Terre Haute. WTWO NEWSCHANNEL serves approximately 367,000 people in the TERRE HAUTE DMA consisting of 15 counties in Indiana and Illinois. WTWO is owned and operated by Nexstar Broadcasting Inc., and WFXW is operated by WTWO under various service agreements with Mission Broadcasting Inc.
